Penn State Health Life Lion, LLC at 717-763-2108 (Formerly Geisinger EMS) serves the bulk of the township east of Route 74 (York Road) and a portion of the south eastern part of the Township near the York County line.

FUNCTIONAL NEEDS REGISTRY
Monroe Township has developed a Functional Needs Registry (FNR). The FNR is a confidential voluntary database which will assist township emergency management officials to obtain important Information on the foreseeable needs of residents living in the township for disaster planning purposes.
FNR information will only be accessed by the Monroe Township Emergency Management Coordinator and will ensure emergency and public safety personnel have the important necessary information during an emergency or disaster situation.
The form below can be completed and returned to the Township office to be added to the Registry.
Click on the title above to sign up for a mass public notification system utilized by emergency managers in Franklin, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, York, Lancaster or Lebanon to alert citizens of urgent situations such as evacuation notices and instructions, shelter in place notifications or boil water advisories. This system is separate from notification systems that your local municipality or school district may use and WILL NOT be used to announce community events (fairs, parades), political messages or general weather statements.
