Zoning Permits are required for detached accessory structures and sheds less than 1,000 s.f,, decks less that 30" in height, fences, grading, paving, sidewalks, slabs or demolition of any structure.
Building Permits are required for construction of new homes, additions, renovations involving structural changes, decks of 30" in height, swimming pools, spas, fences over 6' and replacement windows where opening sizes are enlarged.
Driveway Permits are required for resurfacing of existing driveway and construction of new driveway that enters a township road.
Permits are to be obtained prior to beginning work. This list is not all-inclusive. Contact the Zoning Officer for for information.
