Fees Minimize
Deadline for submission to the Planning Commission meeting is 14 days prior to the upcoming meeting date, which is always a Thursday.  Exceptions to this rule will be for the December meeting, the deadline will be November 20, 2012.  Submissions must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. and must have complete sets of plans and supporting documentation, as required by the Township.
 
 
Fees for Preliminary and Final Plans:
   
   Engineering, Initial Deposit                        $2,000.00
   
   Application Filing Fee                                $500.00
 
   Stormwater Filing Fee (One time fee)          $100.00      
 
   Stormwater, Initial Deposit (One time fee)   $250.00      
 
Fees for Final Plans:
 
   Recreation & Open Space Contribution      $1500.00 (per dwelling unit)
   
 
** All fees payable to Monroe Township
